i'm THEW (not chew/dew/matthew) , born and raised in the city of Tarlac.
my mom is from Bulacan while my Dad is from Manila.
i dunno how we got here in Tarlac but i shall find out,SOON! :D
i have 3 sisters. Ate Pen who's a Medical Physician already with 2 kids. Ate Anjo, my favorite one. And Kang who just graduated high school this year :) my mom works for the government and my dad is a retired bank employee.
i'm not your average girl from the province. our family may be small but we quite earn a reputation here in Tarlac. we came from a very rich family. my Inay (lola) is one of the richest widow in Tarlac back in the days. where she own lots of big lands, gives money to those who make 'utang' , she also have her own scholarship program. and now, the said lands are now named after US. like yeah, each and everyone of us owns a land already.
RELIGION.
catholic. i grew up in the church. i go to mass every Sunday with the whole family when i was young. until i started to go to church alone. at first it didnt bother me 'cause i like being alone (im not a loner!) / going to church by myself because i can pray solemnly, i can concentrate with what im doing, away from temptation (chatting) and the like, and ohh, i cry when i pray.. & then it came to me, like, SUnday is supposed to be a time for God and a time with Family ; when all i have is myself as a family :( when i was in my nursery to preparatory years. i go to a Baptist school, where they teach us lively songs about God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit. my favorite part is the Bible Study., i dunno but i love hearing the word of God.. then i transferred to a catholic school when i was in elementary to high school. i do liturgical dance, i sometimes join the choir, i volunteer for church activities.. etc. in college, i started to hangout with INC's, sabadistas, methodists and born again christians. i learned their ways, their practices, etc. not to fit in, but to respect their beliefs. just this MArch, i start attending born again christians' services. my friend said who is a born again christian " the greatest feeling in the world is to see someone you love praising God with you" and indeed it was true. though i was clueless when i first entered their hall until my 2nd time. i never thought that i would go back to their church, i never told my friend that I WANT MORE OF WHAT YOUR CHURCH PREACHES, i went online and searched for other branches near the condo, and voila! i found my home church, VICTORY GREENHILLS :) wherein i go to church 3x a week :)) friday to sunday. every Sunday morning, i go to Catholic Mass at 9am and attend Sunday worship at 10am :) seeee.. i love GOD!!! i'm a church person!
SPORTS.
im a Runner. won several gold medals for 100m, 200m & 400m run. & i join fun run wherever available.
im a Softball player. BEST PITCHER when i was in 4th grade. i was also one of th best softball student in PE1 (college).
im a Soccer Player. i was th Captain of the Tarlac Women's Team in 2008 & was awarded BEST STRIKER during our lil league in Corinthian Gardens. this has to be my favorit sport! i gt to go to far places just to score some goals! :) im proud of myself cause there was never a time that i didnt score. we may not always win, but having to goal for your team is a very big thing already.
im a Swimmer. i may be small, but you cant drown me! :)) oohh ohh, i can surf too! :D
im a Badminton Player. won several silver medals for Doubles & Single match :D im super duper extra careful with my rackets, it breaks my heart having to lend them cause my racket doesnt have any scratches or anything. (a few, maybe 3 to 5), besides from its a gift from my mom from Vietnam, its expnsiveeee HAHA
MUSICAL ORIENTATION.
im a dancer. since i started schooling. from folk dance, ethnic, jazz, hiphop, lyrical etc. BRING IT ON! im a cheerdancer from 4th/5th grad to Senior High. i was also the captain of the FIRST cheerdance varsity of our school. was awarded MOST OUTSTANDING DANCE TROUPE MEMBER when i graduated high school. i earn money, by teaching. i make friends, by teaching. when i was in college, i was a university scholar, i auditioned for the university's Dance Troupe and oh wll, i got in! :) its tough being a scholar because you hafta maintain good grades and go to training everyday.
im a singer. it runs in the family sooo i dont hafta explain further HAHAHAHA.
i play the piano. started to play the piano when i was 4 years old. im really not updated with th new songs cause i grew up playing classical music like beethoven, rachmaninov, etc. haha by myself, im learning how to read piano chords instead of notes :D goodluck to me LOL
STUDIES.
when i was in elementary and high school, im not very studious. i fail my exams, i cheat, "pinapasa-Diyos lahat", but not all the time.. im an average student :D when i stepped in to College, everything changed. i always get an UNO for a grade, my project was even displayed at the UST Museum. i was cluelessly at the top of the class until i heard my instructor talking to my dad :)) i sometimes cheat, but most of the time im teh SOURCE of answers hahahaha thoug i graduated college without an award, it was cool, cause its waaaaaaayyyy beyond my xpectations. like i said "i was cluelssly at the top of the class" :)) when it comes to reviewing. im not much of a reader. rather, im very attentive at school, there's a huge difference between LISTENING & HEARING, right? well im more of a listener, and i jot down notes non-stop. soo when i listen and i write, I LEARN. yan ang stock knowledge! :)) i do review but i just read, not memorize and stuff :)) i have A GOOD MEMORY. especially when it comes to history :D
BROADCASTING.
im a disc jockey in our local radio station. and we kind of own 1 of the 2 leading or the only 2 radio stations here in central luzon :D ssooo its more of a hobby dj-ing instead of "work". i also enjoy joining News casting & impromptu speech contests :))
COWBOY.
im more of a guy person. i mean, i enjoy spending time with the boys rather than the girls. where we can talk about cars, video games, guns and ammos , computers, sports & girls :)) i'm not makikay and stuff, though i have a girly side but mostly boyish. im not a butch OKAY. others say im MALANDI cause i always hang out with the guys, when the guys im hanging out with says YOU'RE ONE OF THE BOYS / LALAKE KA EHH! you can take me to drinking sessions whether its in the barrio, farm, kanto, music bars, pokpokan house :)) , park&shot, lele tete :)) , ajang nokarin! i drink with whoever my friends' friends are, i have my FULL TRUST with my friends. i dont care kung anung stado mo sa buhay. tambay, squatter, walang trabaho.etc. hello!? i eat & sleep with our helpers in the hacienda, i take naps in our kasambahay's room, give me a malong, sapin or even a cardboard box & i can sleep on the floor (sa lupa man ito o sa maalikabok na simento). The world isnt a clean place, so deal with it! BAWAL MAARTE, LASLAS PULSO! MIND YOU, I SLEEP WHEN IM DRUNK, when im talkative while drinking, means im still in good condition. HAHAHAH i know my limits naman ehh :) i get offended when i eat in carinderia's and people will say "ang yaman yaman mo sa carinderia ka kumakain". like! im also human!!!!! mas nakakamatay kayang kumain sa fast food lagi! tsaka hello!? nagtitipid :))
FRIENDS.
i have a lot of friends. may plastic, may totoo, may manggagamit, may chismosa, may mapagmahal, may heart-broken lagi, walang Diyos, walang pamilya, mayaman, mahirap. all kinds. i dont try hard to fit in when i meet new people with those kinds of personality o pagkatao. like i said, COWBOY AKO. ayaw ko sa mga taong FEELING CLOSE agad ung kakakilala mo lang. its too much!
DAY TIME TRAVELER.
i travel a lot! by myself , with a friend or with my family, domestic and international. i've been to mostly all parts of LUZON. i love going to beaches, get tanned and fight with the waves. i prefer travelling by land and by water rather than by plane, because there's more to see when you travel by land/sea. unlike by plane, sure there are lots to see, but you can only see the top view of a place you cant even tell what it is :)) travelling alone is not an issue, when i say i want to go to this place, i will! i have my own car, but i prefer to commute because its cheaper and its a way where i can learn how to go to places, how to manage my finances and its fun to get lost sometimes :)) hihi im a back-packer. its easy to travel without a huge luggage. i always have my camera and my laptop wherever and whenever i go for excarsion. and oh, my lilttle blanky :))
PLANNER.
in life, we should always have a game plan. :) i always have my planner with me wherever i go. i write all my appointments, what happened the whole day, what i bought, whom im with etc. so every year i enjoy looking back at my planners, read my notes & remenisce. before doing anything else, i always make plans. everything should be in order.
LOVE.
this is a tough one. :| i love, uncondtionally.
family. i love my family, di ko sila ipagpapalit sa kahit ano. and i will never ever leave them behind. they're my OHANA! they taught me how to love and how to forgive. they taught me not to hurt anyone physically and/or emotionally. God loves us. Family loves us.
Boyfriend. when i love. i give everything that i can. full support, understanding, care, LOVE, patience, tolerance, etc. i learned how to hurt and how it feels to be in pain. i've been through a lot, and by a lot, i mean, YES! A LOOOOOOOOTTTTTT. more than you people can imagine. naging-TANGA, nagpaka-TANGA, nagpapaka-TANGA, TANGA-TANGAHAN. all the measures of stupidity! i always give and never receive anything, i dont care. im not a materialistic person. i have everything that i need, kaya i always give, i share what i have. i was once a battered girlfriend :( pero hindi ko na pinatagal ung relasyon na 'yon. i fight for what i love. sabi nga sa commercial "habulin mo happiness mo".. i love seeing the person i love happy, even if it doesnt include me in his happiness. the feeling of being heart-broken is not new to me. akalain mo, single ka na nga, broken ka pa :))) healing takes time. no matter how long it'll take, all the scars and wounds will be cured. you'll never forget them but it'll serve as a lesson :) im the type of girlfriend na, wlang bawal basta alam mo ung limits mo, i will not change you for who you are. kung paano kita nakilala, ganun kita tatanggapin. nasa sa'yo na un kung magbabago ka for the better or for worse. Hindi ako selosa, but i learned how to when i met someone verrrrryyyy sweet, TO EVERYBODY! :| ayaw ko ung feeling na nagseselos! kainis! :))
FRATERNITY.
yesss. im a member of a fraternity/sorority. a proud member of the
SCOUTS ROYALE BROTHERHOOD :)
i joined in 2009 when i was in 1st year college in University of Baguio under Phi Alpha and i was the first lady of my chapter :) i've been through alot also in this organization, but it didnt stop me from participating. SRB is my second family, you can always count on them in times of need and if yer in need of a companion. hehe
FOOD.
aint a food critic, thats for sure. but im a lil choosy with what food tastes like. :D though i eat almost EVERYTHING given to me or prepared for me hahaha. im a meat lover! i dont eat a lot of veggies. i dunno, maybe because they're tasteless LOL. im an eating machine! i eat nonstop, until my jaw starts to hurt hahaha. im not conscious whether my tummy'll get bloated, as long as my tummy's happy HAHA ANG TUNAY NA BABAE NAGEEXTRA RICE! :) i also enjoy eating street foods, and ihaw-ihaw :D yummmy. LUTONG BAHAY is the best! im into big burgers too :D ohh ans PASTAAAAA..ohh lala!
COSMETICS / HYGIENE
COSMETICS? NOT FOR ME! hahahaha i mean, i do use a face powder and lipstick. other than that, no more :D i dont use facial wash, toner etc. basta something that has to be placed on my face. i dont use whitening products because i have a natural white skin. i dont use deodorants :D i use TAWAS. ohh yeah, my mom is very makasinaunang panahon ehh.. it doesnt smell and it doesnt stain :) i dont take a bath as often as i should HAHAHAHA like, for example, im at home all day, and have no reason to take a bath, then i wont HAHAHAHAA im a fan of nail polish :D i used to bite my nails hahaha, pag naka-nail polish ako, no bitting! :)))
HOUSEHOLD.
my family says i have a sickness. HAHA OCD, obsessive compulsive disorder LOL well, i do agree. i like to organize everything. from the cupboard, the drawers, clothes, food, EVERYTHING! i like a clean environment. My room may be messy at times but when i clean, ohh I CLEAN the whole room and even change the positions of the furnitures for better FENG SUI (im chinese!) . Im not a good cooker, but i am learning from my mom and more from my sisters. I do the laundry, feed the dogs, water my mom's plants, iron the clothes, wash the dishes, baby sit my younger sister and my pamangkins

what you see is not always what you get. ask & never assume. KAPISH? parang kulang pa ito. pero dadagdagan ko na lng pag naisip ko HAHAHA
