i was in awe, disgusted and crying all throughout the movie and it taught me 3 things..
1.) i feel like i'm living the life of Eponine :D(walang kokontra, LOL) was crying and crying when she was singing ON MY OWN.. You really CAN BE STUPID when it comes to love. that you're willing to do anything, even die, for the person that you love even if he doesnt love you back.You're just there, waiting, waiting to be noticed.
2.) there is no white sin. Whether its lying about how great they look even if they dont, or stealing a piece of bread for your sick relative. Its for a good cause but its still sin. I believe people can also change.Just like Jean Valjean, We are all sinners, but once we repent, free our conscience, and surrender everything to God, your life from a living hell will turn upside down. Guaranteed
3.) FAMILY. they say, blood is thicker than water. TRUE! you'll be willing to sacrifice, do the most imposible things, get multiple jobs, sell your soul for desperate measures (in the movie), and to even leave your kids in a foster home just so they can have better lives and live as normal people. You can never measure a mother's love to her children.
