the "Kiyomi (귀요미) Song (송)" or "Gwiyomi Song" is by Hari (하리)and the player part (I guess) was made popular by BToB's Illhoon who performed his own short rendition on Weekly Idol, ever since it's been very popular among korean idols for aegyo skits and such... In English, the term 'kiyomi' translate roughly to "cutie" or "cute person" (since it's more of a colloquial term), so it's been coined "cutie player" in English =
